We provide real-time chat rooms, direct messages, mailbox, and related platform features (including optional wallet, gifts, and membership tools where enabled). We may adapt, suspend, or discontinue features where operationally or legally required.
2) Account responsibilities
- Keep credentials secure and do not share accounts.
- Prefer passkeys or strong unique passwords, and enable 2FA when available.
- Provide accurate information where required.
- You remain responsible for activity conducted through your account.
3) Acceptable use
You may not misuse the service, including harassment, hate, fraud, unlawful activity, technical abuse, or attempts to bypass enforcement.
The Community Standards apply.
4) Content and moderation
You retain rights in your content, while granting the license needed for hosting, display, and moderation. We may remove or restrict content/accounts for policy or legal reasons.
5) Fees and purchases
Where paid features exist, pricing, taxes, and refund handling follow applicable law and provider constraints.
6) Availability and liability
The service is provided as available. Liability limitations apply to the extent permitted by law and do not override mandatory statutory rights.
7) Governing law and jurisdiction
Governing law and venue follow the operational legal entity operating Fun1.net, unless mandatory consumer protections require otherwise.
