Moderation policy

How moderation, reports, and enforcement work on this platform.

Moderation Policy

This page explains how Fun1.net moderates public and private spaces, how reports are handled, and how enforcement relates to our Community Standards.

This policy is separate from the Privacy Policy, which covers personal data processing.

1) Goals

  • Keep spaces usable, respectful, and safe within the law.
  • Apply proportionate responses and clear escalation paths.
  • Protect users from harassment, scams, illegal content, and coordinated abuse.

2) What moderators may review

  • Messages and attachments visible to moderators under their operational role.
  • Reports submitted by users and automated safety signals (where enabled).
  • Account metadata needed to enforce sanctions (for example username, recent activity flags).

3) Enforcement ladder (typical)

  1. Reminder / warning for minor or first-time issues.
  2. Content actions (for example removal, masking links, rate limits) when risk is contained.
  3. Feature limits (for example temporary posting restrictions) for repeated or elevated risk.
  4. Suspensions (time-bound) for serious or repeated violations.
  5. Permanent removal for severe abuse, illegal content, or evasion of sanctions.

Not every case follows every step; severe threats, CSAM, malware, or fraud may lead to immediate suspension or removal.

4) Reports and appeals

  • Use in-app reporting where available. Include links, timestamps, and context.
  • False or retaliatory reports may lead to action on the reporting account.
  • If you disagree with a sanction, follow the appeal path described in-product or contact support@fun1.net with your username and incident reference.

5) Transparency and limits

  • Moderation decisions may not be publicly explained in full where privacy, safety, or law enforcement constraints apply.
  • Automated systems may assist human moderators; outcomes remain subject to human review where required by policy.
